The ASRA is excited to announce the return of the ASRA Winter 2022 Show!

 

Registration is now open!

If you are a member of the ASRA, you will be receiving a custom link to register in the next weeks, according to the Registration Guidelines below.


Show Dates
: January 17 - 19, 2022

Move-in Day: January 16, 2022
Location: Grey Eagle Event Centre, 3777 Grey Eagle Drive, Calgary, Alberta


The Grey Eagle Event Centre will be implementing the Restrictions Exemption Program (REP)/ Vaccine Passport Bylaw. This means that in order to access the Grey Eagle Event Center and attend the ASRA Winter 2022 Show, agents and retailers must provide one of the following:

  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
  • Documentation of a medical exemption
  • Proof of a privately-paid negative PCR or rapid test within 72 hours of service (tests from AHS or Alberta Precision Laboratories not allowed)

*REGISTRATION GUIDELINES - PLEASE REVIEW CAREFULLY*
Due to the limited capacity of the venue – the Grey Eagle Event Centre, a special priority order for exhibitor registration will be followed.
 
1. Tuesday, October 26 – Registration opens for exhibitors who participated in the Winter 2020 Show. Only those members will receive a custom link to register. They will have priority over other members until Monday, November 8 (2-week window). They will be receiving two emails from the Show Secretariat, one on October 26 when registration opens, and one reminder on November 1st, one week before the deadline. 
These members will be allowed to purchase as many 10’x10’ booths as they had at the Winter 2020 show. They will be able to put in a request to purchase additional booths (up to a max of three booths), however this will be reviewed and possibly accepted after November 8.

2. Monday, November 8 – Registration opens for all other returning ASRA members. These individuals will have priority over new members until Monday, November 22 (2-week window). They will be receiving two emails from the Show Secretariat, one on November 8 and one reminder on November 15, one week before the deadline. Max number of booths that can be purchased are three.

3. Monday, November 22 – Registration opens for new 2022 members who just joined the Association and have never attended a Show. These individuals will have until Monday, December 6 (2-week window) to register. They will be receiving two emails from the Show Secretariat, one on November 22 and one reminder on November 29, one week before the deadline. Max number of booths that can be purchased are three.

4. Monday, December 6 - Official Registration Deadline (and cheque discount deadline). After this date, booths will continue to be sold based on availability. Show fee is $100 higher.

5. Thursday, December 9 - Exhibitors will receive confirmation of the final number of booths allocated to them, as well as the booth number.
